Are you going to use this host as a file upload place?
If yes, you definitely need a dedicated server and if you want to host warez, you need to get a dedicated server from china or countries other than US, CA, UK, etc.
because those web hosting companies such as hostgator, don't allow you to host files. and those that do, don't allow warez.
If its a heavy website such as a heavy forum, I can provide you dedicated server plans if you want.

They go up to Clovertown processors, and you can get up to 8 gigs of RAM (etc).
