Established Web Hosting Directory- For Sale

I am looking to sell my web hosting directory, whdirectory.info. I am no longer interested in keeping it and I would rather devote my time and resources to other projects. Right now the website is new and does not get any revenue but it does have huge potential if you are willing to invest a little into it. The script that is currently being used is a free one from Chipmunk Scripts.

Chipmunk Directory version 2.0 is a powerful link indexing script. Features include admin validations(can be turned on or off), admin edit and delete link, ability to specify importance of a site(sponsered listing), and more.

Right now I have 9 categories and 13 links in the database. I will include a cPanel backup of the whole site including the database and script files with the sale. I am taking offers for the site and I can accept paypal and credit cards. I will take any reasonable offer too as I am looking for a quick sale so that I can get started on another project
