Established Web Hosting Biz for Sale - 12 clients

I'm looking to sell my small web hosting business. I started it as an experiment in 2007, but my interest is now more in domaining. A month ago, I started a niche membership site offering complete tech support to bloggers for a monthly fee. I have three members and the potential for growth here is enormous. There is a twitter account associated with the membership site that has ~180 followers. This business practically runs itself and, with some SEO and marketing, could grow very quickly.

I hold the .COM for the membership site (a long, but very memorable name) and the .COM/.NET/.ORG for the hosting site. The .COM is aliased to the .NET and the .ORG has it's own developed tech news aggregation site. I'd prefer to keep the .COM and .ORG, but I'm flexible.

(Sale has several options: for clients only, clients + membership domain/site/brand/logo/twitter, or clients + membership domain/site/brand/twitter + hosting domain/site/brand).

Load average on the server is usually under 0.38 during peak hours on a VPS reseller account running on a Quad Core Intel Xeon CPU.

I recently upgraded my VPS resources (to 2GB RAM, 40GB HDD, 1.5 TB bandwidth), but the operation could easily be run on half that.
