Hello,
I'm a fairly new designer, and I mostly do flash design. I learn very quickly and experiment a lot with new things. Since I am pretty new, my prices would also be lower.

I make flash headers, menus, and banners and I can add flash effects to an existing image or header. Prices are not high and negoticable, I always try to accomodate your budget.

If I have to make the image, then 300NP$.
