Web Directory Script

I'm looking for a web directory script that will let people submit their website under the category they would like and people can come and do a search for their site. Needs to integrate with Paypal so I can charge to have their url listed.

Anyone have something like this?

what programming langauge do you want to use, what is your environment etc. there are a couple in php that i know of (because i am a php programmer). if you do not see or hear of any that you want to use, we can work out a deal for me to make you a custom script.

There's a open-source directory script out there, i think it's called phpwebdireectory or something like that. you could do a search on hotscripts.com
