Thats because you didn't create them, so you can't sell them. They are ll over the net, for sale, maybe free etc.

I bought those templates in a resale package a while ago, there was around 60 templates and I bought the package for about 200 NP$ or so...

It would be easier to sell this on another forum. It seems whoever was selling these managed to get around and target quite a few people.
