I'm currently taking on clients who are looking for a quality, high professional Web Designer. I currently code in Valid HTML 4.01 Trans and Valid CSS, always. I can code small amounts of PHP, however this depends on your requirements. I'm simply looking to extend my portfolio and build my experience, so any offers would be greatly appreciated. P.S - My rates are charged hourly at $12, and does not go over a 24hr limit.
