I am just starting up in web designing and am trying to build my portfolio. I design websites and create banners/logos.

I am charging $25 for websites to build my portfolio.

For the first person to buy I will refund there money if it does not stand up to their expectations.

And if you want my advice, don't charge $25/Website if you're looking to "Build your portfolio". Firstly, design a bunch of layouts on your own. You don't need actual clients to have a Portfolio built, to get clients. Secondly, having prices like $25/Website might get you a couple clients here and there but it makes you look bad and cheap to everyone else. You're worth much more then $25/Website..

No one will buy my websites for any more than $25 considering no one has bought yet. Also I just got the link working again.

Some good points there, take it into consideration OP. It'll give you a better understanding of the field you're getting into as well... also trying to build a portfolio by using clients is kinda giving the impression that you'll be using them to actually experiment/learn... which isn't how you want to be coming across.
