Another important thing is the domain name, that has to be chosen carefully, because it has to be relevant with the site's content. Also the domain extension has some importance. I have been told by SEO specialist and Business owners who are very into web design and they all say the same thing.

1. Content!!!!

2. TITLE TITLE TITLE!!!! - make sure your title is descriptive of the content on your page and keyword strong. Watch your title length, google, yahoo and MSN may go out to like 60-80 characters at the most.

3. Keywords and description are important....however make sure the triangle (Title, Keywords and Description) work together to describe the content on your page.

4. If you have a lot of images, make sure you use the ALT="keyword" tag.

5. SITEMAP is good because google will crawl all your pages, index them and if you have any errors, google will let you know so you can fix them. Sitemaps are very easy to make.
