Web design/layout - what do you think?

Hey, im mucking around with a beta project of a website and basically im just working on the layout/design and need some review/critics/comments/ideas....whatever.....let me know whats wrong/whats not or how i could make it better....im new to web development and need some advice...

btw yeah most links arent working etc....i havent really started building it...its just a design so far....

hmm yeah thats just sitesled....its a free (so crap) webhost...all you need to do is hit refresh and it should eventualy load...just try to reload the page...works for me

btw im constantly working on it and updating it...so check back often as it may be changed

A nice layout but the background colour is not so impressive, IMO.

Nice but the nav bar text is too big for me and I don't like the dot before the words!
Also don't have a exit button!

thanks ppl...appreciate it...ok so no Exit button? actually a good idea didnt think of that...and yeah the menu text is big actually...but i will be animating them in flash later on so ill fix that then.....and not huge fans of iframes? hmmm i couldnt think of any other way to do what i was trying to do....does anyone know a better way? and the background is a image actually...but hmm maybe the grey is a little dull?

thanks anyway people i will contiue trying to update it so if you come back everynow and then have a re-look and let me know your thoughts....

Very nice design. Nice for a metalcore site.. i just didnt know Alexisonfire was metalcore :o and, yeah drop the exit bottona and i think when you hoover the enter botton it should get a glow

yeah i know i called it metalcore....but its basicallly.....ranging from metal to core (hardcore, emocore, screamo etc....)

Very interesting but I don't think the grey goes very well with that baby blue.
