Hi Guys,

I'm not a "domainer" (have never sold a domain in my life), but I registered the domain WeAreRecruiting.com about 9 years ago and just left it on auto-renew. I'm actually a .NET web developer, and was planning to develop the site, but this just hasn't happened for one reason or another. It's now got to the point where I've decided to put it up for auction.

Question is: what do you guys think about WeAreRecruiting.com? Is it a reasonable domain name? I can't tell if it's good / bad, because I'm biassed i guess. Any opinions you have would be hugely, hugely appreciated!

can you give any tips for selling domain

In my case, I contacted the owners of some very similar domain names, and it was one of these guys who bought the domain in the end

Ya know when people don't want to let their property with a letting agent, so they advertise on local websites to let privately? Well some company's haven't gone over to using recruitment agents so perhaps you could find a nice cosy middle ground?

Imagine creating a website where the end user (company recruiting) can post their own positions and it costs them like $10 for a month. Trust me, in the UK recruitment companies charge about 10% on the gross annual salary for staff they place so $10 is nothing!

I like the domain, has a lot of potential and perhaps my pricing (above) is floored but the principle has potential!

An excellent domain which I think you should develop yourself.
