I just registered www.wcaj.com on the 9th. Haven't developed it yet. Is that short and brandable enough. Or is www.webcodeandjunk.com too long if I decided to go that way instead and therfore has no value.

The domain itself has a typical 4letter .com domain value. The letters are reasonable, so reseller value is roughly twice reg fee. If you develop the domain, the value will depend on the traffic you attract.

I'd have to say reg fee value, not the best looking nor easily remembered 4 letter domain.
