We've been exploring different options since none of the team has time to work on the site anymore, and I was kind of curious how much the domain itself was worth?

I guess if anyone has any guesses how much it's worth with the site on it, that'd be interesting as well. It's won quite a few awards.

Given that it is a developed site, much of its value is likely to come from existing links and traffic -- and the likelihood the next buyer would use it for a similar purpose (so people who come looking for the old site will be happy to arrive at the new site).

So, value --- my guess would be on the low side of mid-$XXXX.

The domain wayfaring.com in itself is worth maybe low-mid $x,xxx. The site, of course depends on traffic stats, number of registered and active users and monetization opportunities, but maybe around low-mid $xx,xxx for domain+site. Hard to say without any in-depth knowledge of the site.

Looks like a nice idea though.
