For Wash24, I’d consider what someone is going to invest in a chain of 24 hour wash stations similar to wash24(dot)ee.

Personally, I’d price it at $25k or above.

For the other domain, I’d check NameBio to see if other hyphenated city/state domains sold and for what prices.

Great short and snappy domain. Make sure to check out Sedo Brokerage, they seem to get a lot of $XX,XXX sales with [word]24.com domains. I actually own Peach24.com but that's pretty much random compared to yours (Just realized what it could used for and now I'm kinda confused about it).

As for the other domain, I'd say that it is probably worth low $X,XXX. Didn't check it thoroughly, so do your own research.

$25K for Wash 24...$50K for Wash 24?

It is alright, but I don't really see what is so special about it.

Also, in the US at least "24/7" is used more than "24".

It is not really a field that generally has big dollar end users either.

I can't really find any comparable sales even close to those prices.

Sure, if everything aligns perfectly any .COM can sell for whatever price. In domain investing though you have to invest in likelihoods.

Realistically, this is a low to mid $X,XXX domain max IMO.
