- Looks like a book affiliate niche. So chances are that your potential buyer is not a deep pocket corporation, nor a start up business, but a fellow web developer.
- Exact monthly searches are under 1,000.
- Nice two word names, product related

For these reasons, I guess either of these names may realistically sell for low-to-middle xxx, within a few years time.
