Indeed, Warez.com sold for 47,000$, but when? 2011. It was 5 years ago when all the wares saga was on fire.. but 5 years was enough to shut these sites down (even Warez.com leads you to what appears to be a spammy page), and since then relative options were offered for serving the purpose warez sites had.
To sum up, I believe that investing in this niche is not the smartest decision, at least now. I'll appraise your domain for low-mid XXXX$ for end user, but it'll be a very very difficult task, IMO.
To resellers price i'd say low-mid XXX$, but again, i'm pretty sure you won't find one.

The main conclusion from this appraisal is, in my opinion, that deep observation of the domains niche by itself is crucial, and should be checked in every domain you're investing.

I hope i'm wrong and you'll sell it soon, but that's my 2 cents..
