Yup, I've come to learn that appraisals are only good for telling you its worth more than the reg fee. Unless you find the right user, youre not going to be getting that XXXX appraisal

I'll probably hold onto it for a while because the mobile/wap revolution hasnt gone into full swing yet. So i got to time it right

The others seem like some really nice .com pickups. Keep 'em around for a while to wait for the market to pick up then get 'em advertised at Afternic or Sedo -- get ready for a few nice low-mid XXX sales with them wholesale.
