Wanting to buy content manager script

Hey guys, i am looking to buy a content manager script for my site (just a basic one) Heres what i will want/need:

Add News
Add Tutorials (needs a upload manager thing so i can upload pics and when the tutorial is listed there is Name, description, preview pic, author, and will have comments at the end of the tutorial)
Add Tutorial Categories
Templates
Add template categories
Add downloads
add downloads categories
add a admin account

I think thats all i need, i was wondering how much all this would cost and if you can do it please pm me
