Turnkey Wanted: turnkey real estate listing site/script

I'm looking for a ready-to-use real estate listing script. Must be easy to use and not overly expensive.

I don't know if such an animal exists, but if you have one or know where I can find one, I'd appreciate the help.

It's for a project I'm thinking about, but I need to find what's available (and how much) first. My budget is in the low - mid $xxx.

Anyone ever use open-realty.org ?

I'm looking to create a site (already have a good domain) where realtors can upload their listings free (would create an account to do so).

My admin account should be able to select homes/offices/etc. to display as "Featured" on the main listing page. It must be easy for agents to add listings and upload images, crawlable by search engines, and easy for me to manage as well.

Any ideas about this program or others?

I've heard open-realty is good. I've personally never used it (on a live site, I did test it) since my MLS gives me a feed and I just put it in a frame. Check out their forum there are a lot of examples of sites using the script.
