I want it to be coded very well, so please, this work is only for phpBB experts.

My budget is: mid $xx

If you are intersted, please post your offer and provide for me some of your phpbb work, and how much time it may takes.

Note: I need the skin to be coded with phpBB v2.0.21 becouse I have a mod to add it and it only works on v2.0.21
