[WANTED] Script work on domain sales site

Hi!

I am looking for a reliable web developer to work on one of my sites. The site is http://3characterdomain.com

The problem is the script and the way it processes customer information and sales throught the site. It is leading to a certain degree of emabarrassment.

What I need can be discussed in greater detail via aim or pm, but basically, the site does not cross reference which user has submitted which names in any sort of organised manner. It is also embarrassing in that people keep buying names, but they send the payment to me, instead of the owner, and oftent the names had already sold anyway. I need a script mod to prevent this, perhaps some sort of script that monitors whois changes on listed domains and notifys admin?

I have a low $xxx budget max for this work.

i need a reliable, well known/trusted member here for this, who can complete the work in a favourable time frame so I don't get too much more egg on my face.
