WANTED: .Psd to XHTML

This front page, plus another template coded into XHTML / CSS with minimal images, pref. png's to keep quality. Web Standards for all browsers.
May also need a bit of coding for bottom image slideshow, mouseover menu and client login. Can discuss this.
