1. I have made a simple directory script for one of my projects. The demo can be found at http://syslock.org/null/ and the admin panel is located at http://syslock.org/null/admin

2. You can check out http://pratik.syslock.org - that's a custom CMS I made sometime back. It has features like cutom themes, file uploads, image gallery, guestbook, etc. If you are willing to pay nice price, I will setup a demo for you.
