WANTED flash/website developer

I am looking for someone that is very experienced in Multimedia. I need a flash website built right now, and I also want to build an ongoing relationship with this person. It would help if you not only know Flash, but if you know any of the following that would be super:

Flash
Flex
Maya
ZBrush
3D Studio Max
