[Wanted] - Flash header !

We are looking for a flash header of size 250 ( w ) x 60 ( h ) for our corporate size.

The designer will be conpensated in terms of advertising on our web master / web hosting / domain names related portals in return for doing that flash header.

The Header is a internet related company which having a net work of portals including directories, communities and other related commercial services.
