Wanted: Domains with Traffic, Immediate cash on hand!

Hi Everyone, I'm always looking to buy domains with traffic. Generally I'm only interested in domains with 100+ unique visitors or more per day but if your domain has a little less traffic I would still like to hear about it. Basically any domains with significant type-ins are acceptable.

I normally pay about 2 years revenue or less for domains with possible tm issues and up to 10 years or more revenue for good generic domains. I am only interested in .com or .ca domains with type-in traffic, I'm not interested in domains with traffic from a previous website. $100,000+ on hand for the right domains.
