I am using PHPArcadeScript for my site http://www.equikegames.com . Yes, it is easy to install, all you need to do is to follow the instructions to the letter and it would work for you. Because the PHP script is unencoded, you can make any changes and modification that you want to it like I did. You have a nice forums with people willing to help.

I am definitely happy with it and thus would recommend it.
