{Wanted} Affiliate Script

I need a script that i plug in the URL and image url and it posted the html code in a page. In other words a affiliate script that does not do anything with money.

um. Well i upload a picture to the script and a url and the script adds that to a file combining the ppicture and URL to make it a clickable button.
