I am looking to buy an established forum:

• English or German language
• Only active forums, no dead ones, no empty ones
• Budget up to US$ 10 000 if the site is right
• no license (e.g. vBulletin) needed as I have plenty
• no gambling, no porn, no warez, no torrent

I need the following infos per PM: URL, stats, revenue?, are there any moderators.
