- 100MB Space (Smallest HD you have)
- 2.4+ GHz Processor (P4, HT etc. help but not requred)
- 5MBPS + Unmetered Bandwidth (or at least 3000GB+/month)
- Pings at 70MS or less (http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ping.ch?ip=server.com)
- Admin Panel (DirectAdmin, Plesk, Ensim and Cpanel)
- No Setup
- $99/month or less

5MBPS + Unmetered Bandwidth (or at least 3000GB+/month)

5MBPS is not even close to 3000GB+. You would be looking at a 10MBPS unmetered line which run up to $150 just for the line.
