Want A Simple Wordpress Theme Made

Hey

I need some one to make me a wordpress theme. It is a simple theme nothing special.

I should be able to change these stuff from wordpress from admin interface:

- header banner
- Logo
- Make Top menu
- Change over with of Content Box
- Choose between one two and 3 columns
- Change over all color scheme using a color palate change tool
- Change background
- Specific Adsense Spot

Might add on or two things while theme being deved.
