The TM was my first thought too. I checked earlier this morning and there are no *registered* marks for wordpad or "word pad" at USPTO. OTOH, as we all know (or should know), a phrase does not have to be registered to acquire legal protection, so there may be common law claims on wordpad.

As for the wallstreet thing, the "street" is not in France, so there is an obvious mismatch here that hurts value. Still, you might be able to find buyers interested in this, but I agree with sashas on value. Maybe more to the right buyer, but that can always be said about any domain.

Everyone knows the wallstreet and thinking that wallstreet.com sold for 1.2 Millions, i don;t think that it'w worth only reg fee.

it is like to say that word 'sex' is not a French one.

As far as I know, there's no Wall Street in France, only in NY, so it doesn't suit the extention. I would say reg fee each
