WallpaperIcons.com: Google Results: 50,200. Frequency: 80. Ad score 0. Gets some search volume but is low. I kinda like this name, but the drawbacks are that i have never heard of a "wallpaper icon". Could be a cool wallpaper site or you could define a "Wallpaper Icon". As for my research into how much the domain is worth on the reseller market i would go for reg fee to low $xx. Good Luck!

At first glance I wasn't too keen on the name. I guess it depends on how you define the word Icon.

The computer definition doesn't really work - A picture on a screen that represents a specific file, directory, window, option, or program.
Far more relevant is this one - One who is the object of great attention and devotion; an idol: For example a pop icon, or movie icon.

So, for the purpose of development, you would need to do a site that focuses on desktop or mobile phone wallpapers of Famous people, such as Pop Icons.

Could work great as a developed site, undeveloped you might get mid $xx for this one.

Name doesn't make sense, as others have suggested you would have to give it some meaning yourself if you plan to develop it. Hence, as far as resale value is concerned this name is worth reg fee, maybe low $xx if you're lucky.
