Where do you get the stock for the site and is it copyright free?
I cannot see a privacy policy is this against Google TOS?
Can you show proof of the stats and revenue?
Thanks

I dont see that as a problem as this website was approved by google adsense. If it was against the tos of google it would have been rejected upon application to google adsense. Also, adding a page for privacy policy isnt difficult and can be added easily in a matter of seconds.

Its not difficult, so why haven't you done it? You can use a privacy policy generator, many out there are free.

Google wants to own every potential advertising spot. That isn't the problem. As you know, you do not get paid straight away... if you either get reported or Google's we-dont-want-to-pay-you department of the Adsense division comes across your website, you will lose ALL unpaid revenue. This is significant when that revenue is likely to include revenue from other websites.

Not trying to make you appear silly and derail any potential sale; just you were asked whether this is against the rules and you said it wasn't, when the opposite is true. Bizarre for Google to allow it. After all you only need your first website approved then can add adverts on any website thereafter.

Of course the buyer can always implement any changes he or her sees fit.
