Just an update i only bought this site recently so in last 2-3 weeks is when its been promoted and started to gather interest so it does have great potential.

Should also get a good PR when it next updates.

2. Will uploading wallpapers from other websites be a copyright issue?

No anyone can submit you or the user. You can turn of the feature where users can submit. also if they do you approve them before they get shown so no chance of porn or anything else being on site.

2. Will uploading wallpapers from other websites be a copyright issue?

No there are sites that allow you to use there wallpapers. I do advise when you do go to sites to get them check there T.O.S

2. Will I need to transfer the website to my server?

You will need to transfer it yourself yes. Although i can host you if that is needed.

How much a month if the site's hosted with you?

Also, it'll be helpful if the forummers know what price range your'e looking at.
