Well it is a dictionary word, but due to the meaning of the word, I can't imagine what you would use it for..

Due to it being a dictionary word you could get a low xxx$ I suppose?

but it has value,good name.

waiver, by itself has no commercial value

as you would need to know what the waiver is for, for it to have useful purpose

like Medicaid waiver or fee waivers, etc

imo.. .

It can be used for an index website about waivers, or a company that specialize in Waivers. anything like that.
what do you think is the enduser value?

dictionary .org word $999 to $1499

who specializes in waivers?

any place you can get a waiver for, in leu of paying the cost that waiver allows for, will already have an online presence.

therefore, they won't need to buy your name at an inflated price.

I don't see an enduser buying it,
maybe you can sell to another domainer who just wants to have a dictionary word in their portfolio

imo...

I like the name and although in org, not com, org IMO usually connotes a rather serious or charitable
( serious content too ) website.

I think your proposed purposes are on target - a " waiver " site could also show examples of various waivers, definitions of same and related domains and, perhaps appeal to legal firms or companies who write or sell state specific waiver forms.

Decent domain with a rather limited target market and in org not com - non - researched value guesstimate - maybe mid xxx - possibly an optimistic low xxxx.

It lacks specificity but you could try approaching US law firms that specialize in obtaining "waiver" permits for their clients (immigration law). Try googling "US waiver".

Just slap a BIN price that you would be happy with on it and wait for someone to buy it. Disguise the name in this thread too.
