It's a nice domain name, but it's very difficult to estimate actual popularity of .to domains. Most sales are from park.io and register.to. Can't be sure whether register.to sales are real, or it's the registrar pumping up popularity of the domain (most sales seem fake).
There are some big sales on .to, but also some great keywords selling for pennies recently.

So, your name might be worth $1-$5k to the right end customer, but it might take 5-10 years to find one. With $40 renewal it's a hard decision.

Thank you for your input. Commercially .to stands for Toronto, Tokyo, etc. It was a forgotten backorder from 2019. I have 4-5 .to and still I am on test period. I think it can work with top keywords.
