Hey

Please may you give your comments on my site.

www.VoucherBoy.co.uk - Its a site that provides vouchers that give you things like £10 off, 10% off, free delivery etc.

So you can save money on your internet shopping, it includes shops like tesco.com, currys, apple, Boots,play.com etc


Any comments, suggestions etc welcomed

Also Do you think a mailing list type of thing would be useful ? So people could enter their email address and get voucher updates ?

I have to say it is really bad. I don't think that you should use that at all..

In my honest opinion I think you should start over. Invest in a copy of photoshop and use that to make a site more like ipoints.com or something.

The point with iponts is that it isn't too "wow", but it has many little boxes and stuff that can be used to advertise things. So you can have like "latest vouchers" and stuff. Also, get rid of the stupid iframe. You can easilly spare some more room. Don't worry about spilling below the screen, people are more than capable of scrolling down.

Well wanted to go for the more minamilistic approach, plus my web design isnt that good, and ipoints is waaay over my head.

ipoints isn't way over your head, you just need to put your head to it.

Do you have photoshop? It isn't that hard.

Minimalistic is good, but then again, your website just looks really unprofessional and old. I think that you should look into photoshop (or macromedia fireworks) as a good designing platform for your website, that way it will make your website more graphicy... :lol:

I think to start with you need a better layout. Make it more colourful and exciting. The logo is ok at the moment, but put it in a better place. People read a website from top to bottom, the logo should be the first thing they see, and it needs to stand out. Your website needs to be memorable before people remember to come back to it...
