Sorry, I don't think it is valuable. Too easy to come up with Voip+another word.com, and a reasonable .com two word combo is *generally* worth more than almost any two word .org.

Good suggestion to sell it to the .com guy. Build up traffic as much as you can and then show the value to the dot com guy.

If you search Voip service on big G, you'll see some nice informative site, with reviews of voip services, and ads. I think this is a good form of monetization for this domain. The .org extension fits well to do it.
