I'm just learning about Chinese chips and LLLL.com's etc., but I believe the V is not usually good. I think V means Tiny 微.

Chips typically describe valuable domain names that are short and contain only premium letters, known as initials, which exclude the letters a, e, i, o, u or V.

Though if it was KTV = Karaoke.

Still, it did sell for close to 400 just three months ago, but since then the market has dropped for VNLL.com , though the LLLL.com market is climbing to an average of 4k (VN average is $250).
