VistaStarter.com - Issues?

Hello all,

Well we have so far established that by owning the domain vistastarter.com I am not goinhg to have any TM issues...

BUT, i am new to this, and want a few peoples opinions on the following: If i was going to use the domain for a Windows Vista Starter (a version of windows vista) news site and support forum,would I have any issues with Microsoft at all???

I don't think there should be afaik... But ofcourse asking doesn't hurt even the slightest bit lol.

I wouldn't have thought so, as long as your site isn't anything negative about it. Vista is used in alot of sites that aren't MS.

I have vistasuperstore.com, and i plan to use that as an ecommerce site for software that is designed specifically for vista or takes advantage of its features....I cant see a TM issue coming about. They dont have trademark on vista and thats the crucial point. Plus in my instance all i would be doing is supporting there product.

The same would be true of your site.
