Drs are not going to spend much time talking to you about branding or marketing. Unless it's Drs working on some kind of tech or app.
Vista & orthopedic dont really create any additional value for each other. They dont really go together "naturally" but it is certainly proper - just not naturally value adding to each other. make sense?
If you had Top + orthopedic or (State, big city, etc) + orthopedic = chances of a sale to a Dr/office would be a bit better.
But, now as @campaignsigns noted above Vista Health may be "the natural buyer", but Vitsa Health may be the Trade Mark holder of Vista + health related fields & you may get a nasty note from an attorney shortly after contacting them.
I dont know if they have any TMs or anything about them - just an FYI, make sure before you buy,
