Wait until you can get at least mid-high $xxxx for it, and still you might be selling yourself short.
Consider developing it to get the most from this name and protect it from reverse hijackers. no, i'm not crazy.. but there are still loads of generic .IN's going for low-mid $xx, also some really short ones and product names..

i got these a few weeks ago
bump.in - mid $xx
stew.in (chicken stew appears to be quite popular in india) - low $xx
ogre.in - low $xx
dope.in - mid $xx
etc
etc

visitor.in doesnt make too much sense to me.. don't think you'll get more thn $xx for it from resellers.. enduser value may be loads higher, but thats the golden rule for every domain.
