Hi,
I would like an honest opinion of what you think this site is worth. I used to own this website but my shares in this private company was bought by my partner who now becomes the sole owner of the site.

The site has been around for several months. Has an Alexa ranking and is run on a $200 search engine script. It breaks even every month at the moment yet we haven't even gone public. We use 1/3 dedicated server and get around 100,000 unqiues a month.

If sold with script, member base, feeds and domains, what do you think it would be bought for.

If i were you id market you domain a little harder for a small amount of time, you would recieve a large amount of cash for this site, as you normally sell your site for 6-12 months revenue...... Just the best way forward IMO!

i'd say the same, but maybe even run it for longer to get more revenue from it, is there a reason you want to sell it now?

I don't want to sell it. I sold my 40% share holding in the company to my partner and I wanted to know how much he would make if he sold it.
