But it's gonna be harder because USA is general Geo Keyword.

Villas in Los Angeles . com would sell more easily because it's more local Geo keyword.

Personally, I think the name itself sounds a little clumsy. People don't say "in USA" so that makes it less memorable. I think $xx is all you can expect but even then, it will be a hard sell.

And somehow I don't connect American values with villas. Villas are more common for the South American states.
