I think the name worths development, but with so many video clips sites around (most of them funny videos), you must came up with some distinction to get loyal users. and periodic update are a must.

A very nice name with lots of overture. But the .cc kills the name, i am a big fan of dot coms but other websites make it high too, its just that its very difficult for them. You need to have agood page, filled with content and something extra to be able to attract and have regular visitors. The domain itself without development is anywhere between low to high xxx.

Nice, could be developed, I think it would be best to, its a nice short domain with quite short extension. I would say Low xxx without development, high xxx maybe xxxx with development.
