I am currently taking offers on a new site I recently started working on for Video Game Cheats. Its a good starter site and I have already added a bunch of cheats.
The cheat script is integrated into the forum layout and the site includes 4 domain names....

You may offer a proce for the site as is (meaning with Invision Forum) or for extra $ I will include a leased VBulletin leased licence good till Feb 2005(and yes, I have purchased the same skin for VBulletin so you'll get it too!)
