Hi,

It's a little confusing forme. You say you include master resell rights, but then it also says "I understand that I DO NOT own the script resell rights, so I cannot sell sites I create with the script without purchasing a transfer license.".

So, can I sell the script and include the site I create...?

You can sell the script.
Looking at the license I have, it does say you can not sell any sites you create using the script.
WHich is weird, but it is there.
Though really, way I look at it, why not?

Maybe you should ask the script author if he has the rights. I think he does, since he is active on the forums here and knows the rules.

That is a fair statement. I was only mentioning the obvious. I guess we will just have to wait for "ricberw" to get a hold of this one.
