I like the idea, and i submitted my site
One suggestion though, is that you have a shadow on the teal nav box but not on the content box, i think it would be better if you either put the shadow on both or took it off completely

Hmm, nice, fast loading and simple but I think it's a little too simple/plain. Try adding some effects to the boxes maybe?

Yeah, this was the intention but I'll take this into account and may re-design it less-basic.
