Hello everyone,

New to posting here but long time reader. Here is what I have so far to describe vetow.com for it's offer page:

* 5 letter .com domain
* Without hyphenation, numbers, or special characters
* Infinately brandable (sounds like VETO but unique)
* Perfect for, but not limited to, a towing company
* Pronunciation could be changed to VE-TAU if targetting another industry or service.
* Could catch mispelled "veto" searches on engines (Google estimates approx 23,500 instances of "vetow" on the internet. )
* Contains the "tow" keyword lending itself to a higher ranking in the towing business.
*Passes the "radio test" - easy vocal spelling "V-E-T-O-W.com"

I was just wondering what your thoughts were on value of said domain. Thanks in advance for your time .

For selling:

To me it fails the radio test. Everyone is going to hear 'veto.com' and think 'veto.com'. You have to make an extra effort to get them to vetow.com

If someone named Vince Edwards starts a tow truck company, you might have a potential end user buyer. Otherwise that market is limited and you have to rely on GFT.

Yes I can see that there could be confusion there, but there is something in the brevity of the domain that does allow easy clarification on the spelling . V-E-T-O-W can be said relatively quickly in radio. Especially if combined with "The towing company" or similar. Of course I get what you mean - it is likely to be niche by definition and this may limit the market significantly. Compared to the few 5 char TLDs left though I thought it stood out a bit due to it's CVCVC format . Thanks for your input and time - here's hoping I find that niche. %%-
